About
I'm a software engineer and technical leader. My interest in this work started early with video games and attempts to build my own. Studying at the University of Waterloo, especially through the co-op program, gave me the chance to take on real challenges early and learn how to grow through them.
Over time, I've learned that good engineering is not just about solving technical problems. It's about working hard, thinking carefully, and building things that are genuinely useful. I'm drawn to AI because of how quickly it is evolving and how much potential it has when used thoughtfully.
Outside of work, I spend time with my family, take on renovation projects around the house, and recharge in nature around the Pacific Northwest. I care about trying to make the world a better place through my work and in daily life.
I'm excited for what's ahead with my family, my career, and the future of technology.
